Class tuition is to be paid online at the time of registration. Or you can come by our office and enroll and pay with check, cash or credit card. We will be happy to assist you.
Class materials fees; if applicable, are to be paid to the instructor on the first day of class. Ask the instructor upon arrival how they would like the check to be made out.
Students who register for classes and neglect to attend should not expect to receive a refund. If a student cancels or drops a class seven calendar days prior to the first day of class and requests a refund they will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Students who cancel or drop a class less than seven calendar days prior to class will not be eligible for a refund.
Full refunds will be given for classes that are canceled by Boerne Parks and Recreation.
Boerne Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel classes, change times, or locations and substitute instructors as deemed necessary. Classes will be assessed a week before the start date, and a decision will be made on or before the day of class if a class may or may not make.
Students of canceled classes will be informed prior to the start of class by email or direct phone call.
